My venture into the world of entrepreneurship began with a West Indian tapas restaurant in East London. As patrons embraced my creations, I found myself yearning for a more intimate setting—a chic, unassuming bar where I could craft small, flavorful plates alongside exceptional drinks. In 2019, upon returning to the Caribbean, I knew it was time to turn that dream into reality, leading to the birth of Door 78 Lounge.
